In May 2025, a group of SailGP athletes and staff members joined the Blue Marine Foundation to bring children from Emsworth Primary School to visit our Emsworth project as part of their community outreach ahead of the Portsmouth SailGP event in July.

It was a great opportunity to showcase what amazing work oysters can do, and discuss the importance of marine conversation and restoration.

The video footage they took was shown on the big screens during the July event.
